Louisan Pacific Developments
LPD was established in 2014 and has served Metro Vancouver and surrounding cities, Kelowna, and Vancouver Island for 8 years. The founder Anthony An has a lot of single and multi-family Construction Management (CM) and General Contract (GC) experiences and gets involved in the CM and GC field for over 13 years since 2009. With the support of our management and construction team as well as the steady stream of customers, LPD has developed and built a number of single-family houses, townhouses, student condos and apartments all over Metro Vancouver and successfully entered and served Okanagan and Vancouver Island with price and quality advantages.

Management & Communication
Louisan Pacific implements different management methods for different customers and projects. We have different management models to comply with cities and governments, coordinate with consultants and designers, manage sub-contractors, follow-up with services. We are using professional management software to achieve the most effective and efficient methods of project and construction management such as Procore, Zoom, Email, Wechat etc.
Close-out
Close-out is the last important step for all projects. We help developers and owners grab all necessary close-out documents such as owner’s manual book, home warranties, occupancy permit. To make completion of project smooth and efficient, we professionally work with consultants, sub-trades, and city inspectors to deliver all the close-out packages to developers and owners. And finally, the project is finished, and we are moving forward to post-construction service to ensure all owners are taken care of if there are still any unexpected deficiencies after walk-through process and sign-offs.

Qualifications
LPD is qualified by home warranty company as a premium builder and general contractor. We are at the highest level of 2, 5, 10 home warranty and which can ensure the developers and owners have no risk or worries after the completion of the project.

We provide one-stop service from conception to completion for single-family and multifamily projects. We take responsibility for the projects from the beginning to the end.
